On Friday just past (21st May) Eastside ran a push/pull (bench press/deadlift) competition at the club. As usual everyone was welcome to come along and ….. The Canterbury 3 Lift champs were held at Eastside recently. The day included a novice section which uncovered some particularly good lifters, both locally and ….. Eastside went on the road to the novice comp held in Greymouth on the 10th of April. Leighton, Craig and myself (Graeme) made our way ….. This past weekend (13th February) the CPA with help from Eastside Barbell hosted the Oceania Bench Champs at the Woolston Mens Club in Christchurch. Overall winners ….. |
