We’ve just confirmed that this years bench champs have been changed from Ashburton to Eastside. The date is still March 20. Entry forms can be found at the link below (CPA website)

A raw novice section has also been added. Entry for this comp costs $10 and you only need a t-shirt and shorts. As this is going to be part of the CPA club champs we will need to know numbers ahead of time, so if you are keen (or know anyone who might be) please register, your name, age, contact details etc via email at esbarbell@gmail.com

Everyone who has taken part in a comp has loved it, so if you’re in 2 minds go ahead and try it. the powerlifting community, and especially the Eastside club are always happy to welcome new comers, and make them comfortable. There will be plenty of people to help you out on the day so you know what to do on the platform and have a great time.
